The market was in extreme greed until UK president Borris terminated in and out flights. The market fell by a cent yesterday but some unknown scripts had been tapped. Penny stocks are priced extremely low with or without value. The mob is afraid of missing the uptrend but the drawback is retail investors cannot afford the large-cap stocks. With new 6.3 million Demat accounts the number of traded stocks has been increased to 3000, 2700 previously. 

Penny stocks are riskier than the market. The default rates are exponentially high due to poor financial management. The bull run made every blue-chip stock expensive than ever before investors are afraid to touch them with cursors. Wait for the best to come, desperately trying for the cheap stocks aren't the way to create wealth or short term benefits.
