Kamala Harris and Biden working together to revoke Trump's administration on limiting the H1-B Visas which had to be enforced from 7th Dec. The decision against Indians was not at the will of the people. People's decades of a wait to acquire green cards and permanent residency has come to an end now. The annual quota has been increased to 1,40,000.
The Senate passed "The fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act"- which correlates the increase of Green cardholders on a merit basis. IT firms have commenced recruiting people from India and China. This bill increased the country's capital on immigrant visas from 7% to 15%.
The government feared that there might be dominance from other countries as the country capital is increased, so they set out rules on EB2(visa for advanced degrees & EB3(visa for skilled workers, professionals) (EB- employment-based green card).
Thus, now the employees can bring their immediate relatives with them until the permanent visas are issued.
